摘要 [目的]为石阡县青阳乡和平村选择适合的烤烟品种。[方法]采用随机区组并结合铜仁地区烤烟标准化生产规程种植供试烟种和对照烟种,采收后按三段式烘烤工艺烘烤,取9~13叶位烤后烟混合样进行化学成分测定和评吸。[结果]各小区烟株长势良好,性状表现从南江3号和YH99表示最好,其次为QL-3、YN105。各品种(系)内在化学成分协调,评吸质量中等及偏上南江3号经济效益最高,Y892钾含量高淀粉含量低,南江3号和YN105烟碱含量低。南江3号和YH99经济性状较高,质量档次以YN99和CF218较优。[结论]综合考评,南江3号和YN99可作为该地的备用品种,并进一步推广应用。 The improved varieties regional test of flue-cured tobacco was conducted in Shiqian County in 2009.And the results showed that the chemical components of all varieties (lines) was coordination,the sensory quality was middle-and uppegrade,the most cost-effective varieties was the South River 3,the potassium content of Y892 was high,the starch content of Y892 was low,the nicotine content of South River 3 and YN105 was low.By comprehensive evaluation,South River 3 and YN99 were the best varieties,which could be used as reserve varieties,to further extension and application
