摘要
分析了云南罗平地区不同烤烟品种间化学成分含量差异。结果表明:与其他品种相比,NC297的烟叶糖类物质含量较低,且差异显著,钾氯比值较低,而烟碱含量较高;云烟97各部位烟叶糖类物质含量较高,尤其淀粉含量最高,且与其他品种差异达到显著水平,而钾氯比值则均低于2.50;云烟85中、下部烟叶总糖、还原糖含量较高,钾氯比值也较高,分别达到5.10和6.32;云烟87与K326各化学成分含量适中。
The difference in the chemical compositions among different flue-cured tobacco varieties in Luoping area was studied.The results showed that NC297 had lower sugar content(P<0.05),lower ratio of potassium to chlorine,and higher nicotine content in leaf than other varieties.For the leaf of Yunyan 97,the sugar content was higher,the ratio of potassium to chlorine was below 2.50,and the amylum content was the highest,which was significantly different from that of other varieties.The reductive sugar and total sugar contents in C3F and X2F of Yunyan 85 were higher,and its potassium chlorine ratio in C3F and X2F was 5.10 and 6.32 respectively.The chemical compositions in the leaves of Yunyan 87 and K326 were moderate.
