薯蓣皂苷元脂质体的粒径优化

Optimization on Particle Diameter of Diosgenin Liposome

摘要 采用薄膜蒸发法制备薯蓣皂苷元纳米脂质体,通过优化溶剂种类、表面活性剂种类、乳化和匀质条件等,确定最佳制备条件。结果表明,薯蓣皂苷元纳米脂质体的最佳制备技术为:以乙醚为溶剂,胆酸钠为表面活性剂,较高的乳化转速,700bar高压匀质。 Nanometer diosgenin liposome was prepared by using thin film evaporation and the optimum preparation condition was confirmed through optimizing solvent type,surfactant species,emulsification and homogenization condition.The results indicated that the optimum prepa-ration technology of nanometer diosgenin liposome was preparation with aether as solvent,sodium cholate as surfactant and through emulsifica-tion at higher rotation speed and homogenization under high pressure of 700 bar.
