摘要
目的：借助Ｆｏｌｅｙ导尿管手术治疗心脏病及心血管损伤出血，评价其疗效。方法：３２例中重症动脉导管未闭２５例：肌部室间隔缺损２例；心脏大出血５例。对动脉导管未闭，纵行切开主肺动脉前壁，用Ｆｏｌｅｙ导尿管，经肺动脉送入主动脉，气囊内注入无菌水，拉紧导尿管，行未闭导管缝合。肌部缺损：经右心室切口，用Ｆｏｌｅｙ导尿管插入室缺，气囊内注入无菌水后拉紧导尿管，完整的暴露缺陷的边缘，缝合修补。对心血管损伤裂口，
Objective:32 cases with cardiac diseases and cardiovascular injury were treated using of a Foley catheter.This study was done to evaluate curative effect.Methods:difficult patient ductus arteriosus patients:2 cases of trabecular muscular defects, 2 cases of the left atrium rupture after mitral valve operation 1 cases of,superior vena cava rupture,1 cases the left subclavian repture(1).The right ventricular rupture(1).The patent ductus arteriosus was closed with mattress sutures transpulmnally via a Foley balloon catheter inserted into the aorta through the ductus.The trabecular muscular defects was revealed and closed using a Foley catheter inserted into the left venticular through the defect and the penetrating cardiovascular wounds was managed by the use of a Foley catheter placed through the wound to provide balloon tamponade of major bleeding.Results:32 cases were managed succeedly using a Foley catheter.There were not complicatons and mortality.Conclusions:The ductus and the trabecular muscular defect can be closed simpler and safer with a Foley catheter.Insertion of the Foley catheter may be recommended to control bleeding from the penetrating cardiovascular wounds.This technique may permit increased salvage due to its simplicity and speed and effect.\;
