体外循环心脏跳动下应用Foley气囊导管治疗动脉导管未闭

摘要 目的 :研究体外循环心脏跳动下应用 Foley气囊导管治疗动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的技术。方法 :常规建立体外循环 ,不阻断升主动脉 ,切开肺动脉后暂时降低流量 ,用 1根 16号 Foley导管插入 PDA并充盐水膨胀球囊。用 4~ 0 proline滑线沿 PDA口周边荷包缝扎。结果 :无手术死亡 ,所有 10例病人恢复良好 ,无并发症。结论 :应用 Foley导管治疗 PDA是简便及安全的方法。 Objective: To study the technique of closure of patent ductus arteriosus with beating heart cardiopulmonary bypass and balloon occlusion. Methods: Cardiopulmonary bypass is established with no clamping aorta ascendens. The flow is transiently reduced as a pulmonary arteriotomy is made. A 16 F Foley catheter is inserted into the patent ductus and inflated. 4-0 proline purse-string suture is made around the circumference of the orifice. Results: There was no death and all 10 patients did well without subsequent problems. Conclusion: The technique is simple and safe. \ \
