摘要
目的观察电针在治疗家兔实验性高血压时心肌细胞内游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]i)及游离镁离子浓度([Mg2+]i)的变化情况。方法静脉滴注去甲肾上腺素(NE)造成家兔实验性高血压,对[Ca2+]i及[Mg2+]i进行测定。结果电针两侧“足三里”穴位后,治疗组家兔血压明显降低,[Ca2+]i明显低于高血压组,[Ca2+]i/[Mg2+]i比值降低;电针对正常家兔心肌细胞[Ca2+]i和镁[Mg2+]i)均无明显影响。结论提示心肌细胞内游离Ca2+、Mg2+在针刺调整血压的过程中可能发挥一定的作用。
Objective The effects of electroacupuncture on hypertension and the concentrations of cardiac muscle cytosolic free calcium ([Ca 2+ ] i) and free magnesium ([Mg 2+ ] i) of rabbit were studied.Method The experimental rabbit hypertension was induced by norepinephrine(NE) with intravenous drip injection,[Ca 2+ ] i and [Mg 2+ ] i were determined .Results [Ca 2+ ] i was significantly increased,while [Mg 2+ ] i was decreased,and the ratio of [Ca 2+ ] i /[Mg 2+ ] i was increased as the blood pressure risen with NE injection;The blood pressure and [Ca 2+ ] i of treatment group rabbits were depressed by electroacupuncturing the two points of zusanli ,and the ratio of [Ca 2+ ] i/[Mg 2+ ] i was decreased.The cardiac muscle [Ca 2+ ] i and [Mg 2+ ] i of normal rabbits had no clear changes by electroacupuncture.Conclusion It suggested that cardiac muscle cytosolic free calcium and magnesium ion might play a certain role in regulating blood pressure by acupuncture.
