摘要
加强大学生思想道德建设,是社会主义精神文明建设的一项战略任务。本文对大学生思想道德教育现状及存在问题进行了分析,并提出要从全面实施素质教育以加强德育教育、准确定位老师与学生的关系,开展咨询教育、加强思想道德教育工作人员队伍建设、创造良好的校园氛围、运用现代传播工具与手段创新思想道德教育方法等5项对策来加强和改进大学生思想道德教育。
The ideological and moral construction of college students is a strategic task in the building of socialist spiritual civilization.This paper analyzed the problems which the college students were facing in ideological and moral education and put forward five strategies in dealing with them,such as carrying out the quality education to strengthen moral education;making sure a good relationship between teachers and students;strengthing the education personnel to create a good environment and using modern communication tools and the moral education innovation and so on.
