摘要
目前神经网络自适应PID算法在理论研究方面的成果已经较多,在实际生产过程中的应用较少。以水箱控制为被控对象,利用神经网络在线调节PID控制器参数来增强系统的自适应能力,并采用PLC编程语言完成算法实现,将其应用于实际的液位控制系统中。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,调节时间和上升时间提高了30%。
Currently, adaptive PID algorithm of neural network has many achievements in the aspect of theoretical research, but there are not too many applications in the process of practical production. In this paper, the water tank control is taken as the controlled object, the neural network is used for online adjusting the parameters of PID controller to enhance the adaptive ability of system, and PLC programming language is adopted for algorithm implementation, which is applied to the system of practical liquid level control. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the adjustment time and rise time are increased by 30%.
