摘要
采用静水生物试验法测定了NO_2^-—N对鲤鱼,白鲢,花鲢,草鱼鱼苗的急性毒性。结果表明:NO_2^-—N对鲤鱼,白鲢,花鲢,草鱼鱼苗24h的LC_(50)分别为180.84,54.40,38.50和35.55mg/L;48h的LC_(50)分别为66.51,26.5,35.92和28.53mg/L;72h的LC_(50)分别为35.83,22.56,22.85和14.92mg/L;96h的LC_(50)分别为30.93,20.38,19.91和3.50mg/L。96h鱼苗对NO_2^-—N的耐受能力为:鲤鱼>白鲢≥花鲢>草鱼。
The acute toxicity on nitrite to fry of common carp,silver carp,bighead,and grass carp are determined in static bioassay tests.The 24 h LC50 values of nitrite for common carp,silver carp,bighead,and grass carp are 180.84,54.40,38.50 and 35.55mg/ L NO2--N; the 48 h LC50values are 66.51,26.25,35.92 and 28.53 mg/L NO2-- N; the 72 h LC50values are 35- 83,22.56,22.85 and 14.92 mg/L NO2--N; the 96 h LC50values are 30.93,20.38,19.91 and 3.50 mg/L NO2--N.The 96 h fry for nitrite endured capability is common carp>silver carp≥bighead>grass carp.
