摘要
目的探讨Link胫骨上段解剖钢板并植骨治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的手术方法及疗效分析。方法本院2004年3月至2009年5月共收治复杂胫骨平台骨折18例,按Schatzker分型属型Ⅳ型4例、Ⅴ型8例、Ⅵ型6例,均行切开复位、自体植骨、Link钢板内固定。结果所有病例均获5～18月的随访,根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准,优11例,良4例,可2例,差1例,优良率为83.3%。结论 Link钢板加植骨治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,对加快骨愈合,防止胫骨平台塌陷,便于早期开展功能锻炼,预防关节僵硬和创伤性关节炎有显著疗效。
Objective To investigate treatment and clinical resuits of plateau fractures with Link plate and bone autograft.Methods A total of 18 cases of tibiai plateau fractures were treated with intermal fixation of Link plate and bone autograft from March 2004 to May 2009.Acording to Schatzker classification,there were 4 cases of type Ⅳ,8 cases of type Ⅴ,6 cases of type Ⅵ.All cases were treated by open reduction,internal fixation with Link plate and bone autograft.Results All 18 cases were followed up from 5 months to 18 months.Acording to Rasmussen Hohls criteria,There were 11 cases excellent,4 cases fine,2 cases oderate,1 case bad.The satisfactory rate was 83.3 percent.Conclusion It is effective to ues Link plate and bone autograft to treat the cavein of the tibiai plateau fractures.It can accelerate the healing procedures prevent ankylosis and traum atic arthritis.Functional exercise can be etarded at early stage.It provides rigid fixation for the fractures with loe risk of soft tissue complications.
