摘要
目的:了解复合皮组织中内源性透明质酸(HA)水平及其对胶原合成的影响.方法:以正常皮肤为对照(NS组),作冷冻异体乳猪真皮与自体表皮重组复合皮(CS组)和单纯自体表皮(C组)的移植实验,对移植8wk内的皮片组织进行Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原,HA,羟脯氨酸(HOP)和细胞DNA定量分析.结果:CS组皮片疤痕和挛缩的发生率明显低于C组(χ2,P<0.001),组织成熟早,HA和HOP含量及Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原比值明显高于C组(t,P<0.01),低于NS组(t,P<0.05),而细胞DNA含量则相反.结论:CS有较丰富的HA;真皮/表皮HA和真皮Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原比值的高低,可作为评价皮肤纤维化程度的指标.
AIM: To investigate the level of endogenous hyaluronic acid (HA) and its effect on collagen synthesis in composite skin. METHODS: Frozen porcine allodermis with auto thin split thickness skin transplantation (Group CS) and auto thin split thickness skin transplantation (Group C) served as experimental groups, and normal skin (Group NS) served as control. Eight weeks after the grafting, type Ⅰand Ⅲ collagen, HA, hydroxyproline (HOP) and cellular DNA in various skin grafts were analyzed. RESULTS: The incidence of cicatricial formation and contraction in group CS was obviously lower than that in group C(χ 2, P <0.001), and the ratio of type Ⅲ to type Ⅰ collagen and the content of HA and HOP in group CS were obviously higher than those in group C ( t , P <0.01), but lower than group NS ( t , P <0.05). In addition, the content of cellular DNA in group CS was lower than that in group C but higher than that in group NS. CONCLUSION: Hyaluronic acid is abundant in CS. The ratio of HA in dermis to HA in epidermis and the ratio of typeⅠ to typeⅢ collagen in dermis could be used as a standard to estimate the degree of tissue fibrosis.
