摘要
本文从"组织结构、传动机能、目标定位"等方面对高校院系学生工作进行了较为全面地分析,阐明了院系学生工作的价值旨向:促进学生价值理性与工具理性的统一,并以此对其内容架构进行了探讨。
The paper gives a more comprehensive analysis on faculty students’affair management in higer education,i.e.organizational structure,transmission function and aim positioning.And the objectve of faculty students’affair management is discussed in the following parts,such as integrating students’value rationality and instrumental rationality.Continuely,the paper gives out the structure of faculty students ’affair management.
