摘要
面对高等教育的大众化和新时期高校的组织结构和管理体制发生的变化,根据当前大学生出现的新情况新问题和院(系)学生教育实际工作中存在的薄弱环节,迫切要求创新完善大学生教育管理工作体系。在系统管理理论的基础上,通过构建七级工作体系,动员和整合全院(系)教育管理资源,以达到加强大学生思想政治教育、浓厚育人氛围、推进全员育人、服务学生发展的目的。
Faced with the higher education popularity and the change of university＇s organizational structure and management system,in view of the new situation and new problems emerging among current university students and the weak link which exists in the student education practical work,it is needed urgently to consummate and innovate the university student education administration work system.According to the theory of system management,this article constructs seven levels of work system and mobilizes and conforms the entire colleges,or departments′ education administration resources,so as to achieve the goal of strengthening the university student ideological and political education,improve the style of education,advance the whole staff participating in education and serve all the students in their development.
