摘要
鉴于知识的重要性以及人们对环境问题的日益关注,本文将知识、环境污染同时引入了经济生产函数,将环境质量引入效用函数,在Romer模型的基础上,构建了一个带有环境污染约束的内生增长模型。推导出平衡增长路径的最优经济增长率,进而分析可持续经济增长的条件,讨论了各经济、环境参数的变化对经济增长率的影响效应,作出经济学解释并提出结论建议。
Given the importance of knowledge and the growing concern about environmental issues,this article will introduce knowledge,environmental pollution into the economic production function,and the environmental quality into the utility function,then construct an endogenous growth model with environmental pollution constraint based on Romer＇s.Derive balanced growth path,and analyze the conditions for sustainable economic growth,then discuss the effect of various economic,environmental parameters on the economic growth rate,in the end give some economics interpretation and recommendations.
