摘要
通过环境约束条件下的内生增长过程的模型描述,构造汉密尔顿函数,寻求基于环境约束的内生增长过程的最优平衡路径;进一步分析了可持续发展临界条件及参数变化的关联影响,通过敏感性分析,研究实践中最优增长的有效性问题,设定不同性质的政策或经济性手段,提高最优增长的可操作性,解决增长过程中的可持续发展问题。
Based on the ideas of incorporating environmental resources constraints in the growth model, this paper described the endogenous growth process in the context of environmental constraints; explored the optimal rate of economic growth in balanced growth path by means of constructing Hamilton function; after analyzing the condition and parameters with impaction of sustainable economic development, this paper revealed that economic growth and sustainable development are maneuverability without contradictory.
