摘要
用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析等手段,分析加氢高压换热器Ω环开裂原因。结果表明,Ω环的开裂属于H_2S应力腐蚀开裂,高的工作应力和壳程少量硫化氢的存在共同促使其开裂。
Cracking ofΩloop of high pressure hydrogenation heat exchanger was analyzed by means of morphology and microstructure analysis,chemical composition analysis,SEM micro-morphology analysis and EDS analysis.The results showed that the cracking of the sample was to be hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking.The high working stress and a few of hydrogen sulfide in shell side induced the cracking of theΩloop jointly.
