摘要
阿尔采末病是老年痴呆发生的主要原因,如何控制和缓解阿尔采末病是近年来研究热点。免疫治疗在清除脑组织淀粉样蛋白和改善认知功能方面有明显优势,随着一系列动物实验和临床试验的开展,免疫治疗应用于阿尔采末病将成为可能。本文将从主动免疫治疗和被动免疫治疗2个方面,综述阿尔采末病免疫治疗的动物实验和临床试验研究进展。
Alzheimer’s disease（AD） is the major cause of dementia,and how to ameliorate the symptom or prevent the progression of AD has become a focus now.The immunotherapy has great advantages in clearing the brain’s amyloid plaque and improving the patient’s recognition.With the development of animal experimentations and clinical trials,the immunotherapy of AD can be used for curing the patients with AD in the future.This paper provided an overview of advance in immunotherapy of AD in animal experimentations and clinical trials.
