摘要
认知功能障碍常见于各种痴呆患者,其中阿尔采末病是最常见的。从我国传统中草药蛇足石杉分离提取到的石杉碱甲,是一种高效、可逆的选择性乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂,对阿尔采末病患者的认知功能有明显的提升作用。随着临床研究的不断扩大和深入,发现石杉碱甲同样可以很好地治疗血管性痴呆及精神分裂症、帕金森病、糖尿病等引起的认知功能障碍,具有非常广阔的临床应用前景。本文综述了近年来石杉碱甲单独用药以及合并用药缓解认知功能障碍的临床应用研究进展,以期为今后的合理用药提供线索。
Cognitive impairment is the key feature of various types of dementia, among which Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD） is the most common form. Huperzine A, isolated from Chinese traditional herb Huperzia serrata, is a potent, reversible and highly selective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, which has been acknowledged to possess the capability to improve cognitive function of AD patients. With the continuous expansion of the clinical applications, huperzine A has been reported to have pretty good efficacy in the treatment of vascular dementia and cognitive impairment caused by schizophrenia, Parkinson＇ s disease, diabetes and other pathogenesis, indicating a very broad prospects for clinical application. This review summarized the progress in clinical studies of huperzine A administration alone or in combination with other drugs on the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment, which could provide important clues and evidences to the rational application of huperzine A in the future.
