摘要
目的:评价金属烤瓷冠修复后5 a内的临床效果。方法:对850例1196件金属烤瓷冠桥修复的患者分术后即刻、修复后1 a、3 a、5 a进行追踪随访,针对出现的问题进行分析,并采取相应的处理措施。结果:修复后5 a内保持优良者1162件,占97.2%;失败者34件,占2.8%。修复后出现的临床问题包括牙龈炎、基牙牙髓炎、基牙根尖周炎、食物嵌塞、瓷崩、烤瓷冠脱落、固定桥折断、修复体与牙龈的生物相溶性问题等。其中,烤瓷冠脱落和瓷崩是导致修复失败的主要原因。结论:合理选择病例、严格遵循设计原则和制作要求、规范操作可减少金属烤瓷冠桥修复后的失败率。
Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of mouth rehabilitation using metal -porcelair ceramic after 5 years. Methods： Collect the clinical cases of 850 patients using PFM（ porcelain - fused - to - metal） to repair. Carry out clinical examination on the 1 196 cases instantly, one year later,3 years later,5 years later after restorations. Results：There are 1 162 cases （97.2%）keep healthy and stick well;34 cases （ 2.8 % ） failed. The reason leading to failure include these aspects ： Gingivitis, pulpitis, periapicai pcriodontitis of the teeth repaired,food impaction, damage on porcelain, amotic, racturc, biocompatibility etc. Loosening and amotic of the crown or damage on porcelain are the main reason to failure. Conclusion：All the following are important to the prevention of failure ratio ： choose cases suit with PFM, abide by the design principle, make the crown rigorous, operate up to standard.
