摘要
目的 观察活血化瘀药物丹参对颊、舌癌细胞株（ Ｂｃａ Ｃ Ｄ８８５ ， Ｔｃａ８１１３） 细胞的粘附及增殖能力的影响。方法 采用体外培养细胞的实验方法，分别对药物组和对照组细胞的形态、纤维样物形成的能力、贴附力及增殖能力进行了观察。结果 丹参抗粘附的作用主要体现在细胞形态学的变化，抗纤维样物形成和抑制贴壁等方面，并有一定的浓度依赖关系。丹参对这二株癌细胞的增殖抑制较对照组具有非常显著的作用 Ｐ＜ ０ ．００１ 。最强的抑制效应发生在用药后２４ 小时，分化程度与增殖抑制的敏感性呈负相关。结论 丹参具有较强的抗粘附和抑制增殖的作用。这一研究结果，对于临床肿瘤转移的防治研究。
Objective To investigate the influence of Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza) on the activity of attachment and proliferation of cancer cells.Methods Two human oral tumor cell lines Bcacd885 and Tca8113 were treated in vitro with Danshen.Results The restricting adhesion of Danshen appeared in a specific concentration-dependent manner through the change of morphology,the deformation of fibro-like material and blocking the attachment.The significant effect of inhibition to the attachment and the proliferation comparison with the control was obvious (P< 0.05 and P< 0.001 ) respectivily.The best strong effect was shown at 24 hours later,after using the Danshen,and the negative connection was expressed between the differentiation and the sensitiveness of inhibition.Conclusion Danshen has a powerful ability to prevent adhesion and suppress proliferation.This can facilitate the metastatic study of tumor cell.
