摘要
研究巨噬细胞对雪旺氏细胞活性及增殖的影响。方法制备成年大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的几种条件培养基，分别施加于纯化培养的成鼠雪旺氏细胞作用２４小时，用ＭＴＴ快速自动比色微量分析法测定细胞活力及增殖情况。结果变性髓鞘激活的巨噬细胞条件培养基可以明显提高雪旺氏细胞的活力及促进细胞分裂增殖。结论变性髓鞘激活的巨噬细胞条件培养基中含有可以提高雪旺氏细胞活力和促进细胞增殖的因子，表明巨噬细胞吞噬髓鞘后产生了促雪旺氏细胞分裂因子。
Objective To study the effect of macrophages on Schwann cell activity and proliferation. Method Several kinds of adult rat peritoneal macrophages conditioned media (M CM) wereseparately added onto purified cultured Schwann cells of adult rats for 24 h, then the cytoactivity andcytoproliferation of Schwann cells were examined by MTT microassay. Result Degenerated myelin-activated M ac CM could enhanced the Schwann cells'activity and promoted cell proliferation obviously.Conclusion M CM contains some factors which can enhanced Schwann cells cytoactivity and cytoproliferation, suggesting that macrophages produced mitogenic factor after degeneration myelin phagocytosed.
