激励回收小商贩参与环保拆解的系统动力学仿真 被引量:9

摘要 以废弃家电中的电视机为例,构建了激励回收小商贩参与环保拆解的系统动力学因果回路图,并以青岛地区为例,建立了系统动力学存量流量图,使用Vensim软件进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,如果有资质处理商加大服务投入,对有资质处理商的拆解速率、回收小商贩非法拆解速率并无影响;如果政府加大对回收小商贩非法拆解征收环保费用、或提高有资质处理商的回收价格,可以有效地提高有资质处理商的拆解速率、减少回收小商贩非法拆解速率。 The paper builds a model-a system dynamics model for stimulating recycling peddlers dispose waste electrical and electronic equipment.And we take TV of Qingdao as an example,a basic causal loop diagram and the stock-flow diagram were built,and analyze them by Vensim soft.Results show that the regular merchant to increase the cost of service can not improve the rate of regular disassemble and reduce the rate of disassemble of recycling peddlers;but we can effectively improve the rate of regular disassemble and reduce the rate of disassemble of recycling peddlers through the way,is that,the government increases recycling guerrillas forces collection of environmental cost and the regular merchant jacks up the price of abandoned home appliance from recycling peddlers.
