摘要
目前铁路客运专线均为电气化高速铁路,设有绝缘下锚段。绝缘下锚段开挖方法按一般断面方法开挖,主要是二衬施工存在一定的困难,因为绝缘下锚段衬砌轮廓线比隧道一般断面大,且纵向长度均很短,所以在施工绝缘下锚段二衬时传统施工方法是用工字钢做拱架支撑,拼装小模板做面板,人工浇筑混凝土。由于此种施工方法存在一定的问题,结合以往施工经验,自行研制了分离式衬砌台车工法施工下锚段二衬。
Nowadays,railway PDLs are electrified high-speed railway,with insulation anchor sections.With conventional sectional method to excavate,the excavation method of insulation anchor sections faces some difficulties in second lining,as the outline of insulation anchor section lining is bigger than the ordinary tunnel sections,and the longitudinal length is short.Conventional construction method for second lining of insulation anchor section is to use I-beam as arching support, and assembled small templates as the panel,with man-made concrete placement.Since there are some problems in the conventional method,combined with previous construction experiences,anchor section second lining with separable lining platform working method has been developed.
