摘要 以某海底管线铺设项目为例,介绍了自动超声检测技术(AUT)的特点和检测方式、探头排布、检测试块与人工缺陷、结果显示原理及检测步骤与缺陷评估方法。经缺陷解剖分析验证,AUT对缺陷的定位及定量具有较高的精度。结合工程临界评估(ECA)方法,可科学、准确地评估与控制海底管线环焊缝的焊接质量。这对保证海底管线铺设安装焊接质量,降低铺设成本具有重要意义。 The advantages, inpection principle, probe assemblage and distribution, test block and artifical defects distribution, result presentation, inspection steps and defect evaluation method of the automatic ultrasonic testing(AUT) were introduced by taking a submarine pipeline installation project as an example. According to the comparision of the AUT and macro results of the same defect, it could be proved that the AUT had a relatively high precision in defect locating and sizing. Combining to engineering ctritical assessment( ECA), the welding quality of submarine pipeline girth weld could be properly and accurately assessed and controlled. It was significant for ensuring the welding quality of submarine pipeline girth weld and reducing the cost of the pipeline installation.
