摘要
结合平湖海底管道的铺设情况，对铺管过程的管材检验、设备仪器的标定、焊工资格和焊接程序的确认，管段组对和外观检验；RT、UT、MT的检验，焊接缺陷的分析判断以及切管的判定和节点防腐处理等销管质量控制问题进行了较为详细地叙述。
According to the pipe laying condition in Pinghu Offshore Project, the problems of quality control are described in detail in this paper. These problems includes the survey of pipe material.the calibration of equipment and instruments, the confirmation of welders. quality and welding procedure, the pairing of pipe sections and visual inspection, the survey of RT, UT and MT. theanalysis of welding defects and the judgement of pipe cutting, the treatment of anti-corrosion for nodes and joints, etc.
