摘要
本文首先分析了医院个人绩效管理系统的定义及作用,在此基础上分析了个人绩效管理系统在研发中的难点问题,即体系结构的确定、指标体系的建立、绩效展示三个方面。最后,针对三个难题提出了三点对策,即加强风险-回报和投入产出分析,采用最优集成算法建立指标体系,个人绩效管理多维度和分层展示。
This paper analyzed the meaning of the personal performance management system, and then discussed the difficulties of the system in research from three aspects: building the structure, building the indicators and the displaying of the performance,finally pointed out several views on the difficulties:analyzing the risk-reward,input-output, using the optimal integrated algorithm,displaying the performance from diversity aspects.
