摘要
目的成本核算系统的构建在数字化医院建设中占有重要地位,本文从成本核算系统在数字化医院中的开发和实施基础上,全方位评述了成本核算系统的构建策略,并探讨了成本核算系统的构成和未来发展思路。方法分析了“军卫一号”原有成本核算体系的缺陷,并根据医院现行成本核算体系的特点提出新的软件架构,并采用与“军卫一号”HIS相同的数据库后台及风格相近的开发工具,重新研发了并实现了成本核算体系的应用。结果开发并在医院部署了新的成本核算体系,并经数年的应用实践证明该软件的设计思路和研发均是成功的,并且完全适应于国内医院现有的成本核算体制和模式。结论成本核算软件体系应兼具实用性和通用性,一方面要能够满足成本核算工作的基本需要,要能提供相应的收入统计、分摊;成本录入、分摊;本地收入录入等成本核算的基本要素,另一方面也要考虑不同医院管理体制上的差异,能适应不同医院的实际需求。因此成本核算软件体系应该能提供服务器连接、核算单元调整、科室门诊收入和住院收入的合并或分离、核算数据的保存和后期统计等功能。
Objectvie It is important in building digital hospital that to construct cost business accounting system,the article based on the design and application of cost business accounting system in the background of digital hospital,described the policy that to construct cost business accounting system,and then,the article discussed the components of cost business accounting system and the development of cost business accounting system in the future.Methods The article analysed limitations of the old system,and brought forward a new structure of software basing the feature of present hospital cost business accounting system,the same database and the same style building tools were taken.Results Built the new hospital cost business accounting system, and put the application of it in the hospital.Conclusion The design and building of the software is successful,the software can accommodate the feature of present hospital cost business accounting system.
