摘要
电子病历是实施临床路径的有效载体,通过电子病历中医嘱、病史、医疗质量评价等功能可将临床路径贯穿到整个医疗活动中。本文以髋关节置换术临床路径的实施对此进行了验证。
EMR is an effective way to implement clinical pathway. Clinical pathway can affect the whole course of clinical activities such as doctor advising, medical record inputting, clinical quality evaluating through the EMR. This is proved by the clinical pathway of hip replacement.
