摘要
煤矿安全目标管理是煤矿企业重要的现代安全管理方法,本文以安全目标管理和PDCA循环为基础,选择千人三违率、事故隐患次数、安全技术措施落实率和事故发生率作为关键指标,结合采用控制图法和控制表法进行安全管理目标的动态控制,以及时发现并校正安全管理目标的偏离,提高煤矿安全目标管理的实施效果,确保煤矿安全生产。
The goal of coal mine safety management is an important coal mining enterprises of modern safety management methods,this paper and the PDCA cycle of safety management by objectives,based on the rate of selection thousand three violations,the number of hidden causes of accidents,safety technology measures to implement the rate and the accident rate as the key indicator.A combination of control chart method and control table method for dynamic control of safety management objectives,as well as found and correct deviations from the safety management objectives to improve coal mine safety management by objectives of the implementation results to ensure that coal mine safety in production.
