摘要
以动漫产业为研究对象,剖析了美日韩动漫产业大国的发展模式和我国动漫产业的发展状况;采用波特"钻石"模型对比分析中外动漫产业的发展;最后基于我国动漫产业发展的SWOT分析结果,提出通过颠覆性创新战略、流程创新战略及整合创新战略,实现中国动漫产业发展的成本创新战略之路。
This paper,taking animation industry as the research object,first analyses the development models of international and Chinas animation industry.Then,with Michael Porter＇s Diamond Model,the paper compares the development of China＇s animation industry with that of foreign animation industry.At last,based on SWOT analysis results,the author presents cost innovation strategy on Chinas animation industry through disruptive innovation,process innovation and integrative innovation strategies.
