摘要
目的探讨消敏祛癜汤结合西药治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 120例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组用激素加一般治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加消敏祛癜汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率总有效率68.33%;治疗组平均住院时间9.52±4.21d,对照组平均住院时间15.31±6.45d;治疗组复发率为3.33%,而对照组高达16.67%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消敏祛癜汤配合西药治疗可以祛除病因,促进了机体自身的免疫自稳,疗效极为显著,并且复发率低。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of Qv Diantang and medicine to treat of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods Totally 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with glucocorticosteroid and the treatment group with glucocorticosteroid pulsing Chinese medicine.Results Total effective ratio of treatment group is 96.67% and the control only 68.33%,great significances were found between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Qv Diantang and medicine is effective in the treatment of Henoch-schonlein purpura.
