摘要
目的 探讨活血化瘀中药对紫癜性肾炎伴高凝状态的临床疗效。方法 72例紫癜性肾炎伴高凝状态的患者随机分为 2组 ,观察组 46例用活血化瘀中药 ,同时给予西药常规治疗 ,对照组 2 6例单纯用西药治疗 ,2组均治疗 1个月观察凝血指标的变化。结果 治疗组纤维蛋白原 (FiB)、D 二聚体 (D dimer)治疗后明显低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,并且也明显低于对照组治疗后 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)治疗组治疗后比治疗前明显延长 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,并且明显优于对照组治疗后 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 加用活血化瘀中药能够很好地改善肾病患者的高凝倾向 。
Objective To research clinical effect of traditional herb with activated blood and dissolve stasis on hyper coagulation following Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods 72 cases of hyper coagulation following Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were divided into two groups. 46 patients in treatment group were treated with combination of routine therapy and traditional herb with activated blood and dissolve stasis. 26 patients in control group were treated with only routine therapy, coagulation indexes were observed in a course of a month in both groups. Results Fib and D-dimer after treatment were markedly lower than those before treatment in treatment group (P<0.01). Fib and D-dimer after treatment in treatment group were also markedly lower than those after treatment in control group (P<0.01). PT and APTT after treatment were longer than those before treatment in treatment group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and superior to those after treatment in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Traditional herb with activated blood and dissolve stasis combined with routine therapy could improve trend of hyper coagulation following Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
