摘要
目的 :评价小剂量153Sm EDTMP治疗骨转移瘤疼痛的效果。方法 :对 96例骨转移瘤患者用135Sm EDTMP进行治疗 ,每次治疗剂量为 18 5MBq/kg,其中 63例接受 1次治疗 ,2 2例接受 2次治疗 ,12例接受 3次或 3次以上治疗。结果 :治疗反应为显效的 3 4例 ( 3 5 4 % ) ,有效 5 3例 ( 5 5 2 % ) ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 90 6%。结论 :小剂量153Sm
Aim: To evaluate 153 Sm EDTMP for the treatment of pain by osseous metastases.Methods:96(41 lung cancers,18 breast cancers,and 37 other cancers)patients with painful bone metastases underwent treatment with 153 Sm EDTMP.The dose each time was 18.5 MBq/kg and 63 patients received single treatment,22 patients 2 times treatments,and 12 patients 3 or more treatments.Results:34 patients(35.4%) experienced pain disappearance and 53 patients(55.2%)experienced pain relief the total efficiency being 90.6%.Conclusion:The patients with disseminated osseous metastases pain could be treated by using 153 Sm EDTMP.
