摘要
针对当前医院财务管理课程教学过程中方法单一带来的弊端,提出引入情景教学法的可行性和具体措施。情景教学法重视发挥学生在课堂教学中的主体地位,引导学生全程参与课堂教学,转变学生的学习方式,培养了学生的动手能力和应变能力,为医院管理应用型人才的培养提供了有效的教学方法。
This paper addresses some of the existing problems in teaching of the curriculum of hospital financial management and proposes the situational approach in teaching reformation. The situational approach pays attention to the sense of participation of students, which enhances students' ability to understand and benefits their ability of creation and strain capacity. Situational approach has provided effective method for cultivating hospital managers
