摘要
本文从人们日常生活中铝的摄入途径入手,对通过进食、饮水、呼吸等摄入的铝进行了定量评估,指出食源性铝的摄入是人体内铝的主要来源,而且以面食为主的人群摄入的铝接近或超过预警水平。在综合各种研究成果的基础上,简要探讨了铝的安全性及其控制,为进一步研究提供了丰富的、富有参考价值的资料。
By analyzing routes of intake of aluminium in daily life,the source and amount of aluminium from eating,drinking and breathing were evaluated quantitatively.It was found that the main part of intake of aluminium for the general public was from food,and that the group of people who like having foods made from grains approached or exceeded the tolerance level set by the state and the World Health Organization.The safety and control was discussed briefly to the existing research results.The research will be helpful for the further studies in this field.
