重型颅脑损伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征28例分析

摘要
目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的诊疗经验.方法 回顾性总结28例重型颅脑损伤并发ARDS患者的临床资料,并结合文献进行分析.结果 死亡17例,恢复良好4例,中残2例,重残5例.结论 重型颅脑损伤并发ARDS患者的病死率和致残率均较高.积极预防及早期诊断和冶疗是抢救成功的关键.
