摘要
本文归纳概括了区域发展脆弱性的概念,提出了累积式脆弱性、冲击式脆弱性和复合式脆弱性的分类标准;设计了累积式脆弱性的评价指标体系,以模糊综合评价法对京津冀经济圈发展情况进行了评价,探讨了经济圈内各城市发展水平差异的原因,并提出了旨在降低脆弱性的相关建议。
In this paper,I make a conclusion of the concept of regional development vulnerability,and propose the classification criterier of accumulated vulnerability,impact vulnerability and compound vulnerability.I also make a design of the evaluation index system of accumulated vulnerability,evaluate the development of economic circle of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,with blured comprehensive evaluation,and discuss the reason of differnce among the development of economic circle＇s cities,and finally propose the related suggestion of reducing the vulnerability.
