摘要
对经不同深冷工艺处理后的T8A钢进行了组织观察、力学性能检测和摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:深冷处理可提高T8A钢的硬度;淬火+深冷处理+180℃×8 h回火处理后,T8A钢的冲击韧性有所降低;深冷处理可明显提高T8A钢耐磨性并降低钢中残留奥氏体含量,其中深冷处理6 h后效果最为显著,其相对磨损率下降了49.8%、残留奥氏体含量降幅达到39.1%。
The microstructure,mechanical properties,and wear resistance of T8A steel with different deep cryogenic treatment(DCT) were investigated.The results revealed that the deep cryogenic treatment improved the hardness of T8A steel.The impact toughness of T8A steel tempered at 180 ℃ for 8 h after deep cryogenic treatment slightly decreased compared with that of the steel without cryogenic treatment.The wear resistance of T8A steel is enhanced and the amount of retained austenite decreased obviously by deep cryogenic treatment.After deep cryogenic treatment for 6 h,the values of wear mass lost ratio and amount of retained austenite of the steel are decreased by 49.8% and 39.1%,respectively.
