血清胆红素与冠心病相关性的中西医研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 胆红素曾被认为是由亚铁血红素降解而来的人体排泄物,是一种有毒的物质,自1987年Stocker等发现胆红素有抗氧化作用,有关胆红素的抗氧化性质的研究越来越受到关注。1994年Schw ertnert等提出了胆红素与冠心病发病呈负相关。近年来许多研究已表明低浓度血清胆红素是冠心病的一个独立危险因素,本文通过探讨胆红素及其与冠心病中医证型之间的研究进展,为中医证型的辨证提供一条新的思路。
