摘要
目的观察复方健胰颗粒对30例代谢综合征血管病变患者治疗前后的TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,均予常规降糖、降压、调脂等基础治疗,治疗组加服复方健胰颗粒,治疗4周;比较两组治疗前后血压、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP等指标情况。结果两组舒张压、收缩压治疗后均明显降低,治疗组更为明显;治疗组HDL、LDL、FPG、IL-6、hs-CRP改善优于对照组。结论复方健胰颗粒有降低FPG、TC、TG、LDL、血压、及降低炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP,升高HDL、HBCI的作用,对MS患者血管病变有一定的防治疗效。
Objective： To observe the Compound Jianyi Granule on TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP on angiopaty of metabolic syndrome.Methods： 60 patients with vascular application of metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine consisting of glucose control,blood pressure control and blood lipid control.The treatment group was added to Compound Jianyi Granule besides the basis of western medicine.The blood pressure,the TNF-α,the IL-6 and the hs-CRP were observed before and after treatment.Results： The diastolic pressure and the systolic pressure were decreased significantly in two groups.The reduction degree was more obvious in the treatment group.The IL-6 and the hs-CRP were lowered significantly in two groups.In the treatment group,the TC,the TG,the LDL and the FPG were decreased obvious.The HDL in the treatment group was increased.In two groups,there were some statistical differences in the HDL,the LDL and the FPG.The reduction of the TNF-αin the treatment group was remarkable,but it in the control group was not significant.The reductions of the IL-6 and hs-CRP were more obvious in the treatment group.Conclusion： These indices could be decreased by the Compound Jianyi Granule including the FPG,the TC,the TG,the LDL,the TNF-α,the IL-6 and the hs-CRP.Meanwhile,these indices could be increased by this drug including the HDL and the HBCI.This granule has the satisfactory effect in inflammatory resistance and metabolic syndrome prevention.
