摘要
研制了以脱脂麦胚为主要原料,辅以薏米、奶粉、蔗糖,经乳酸菌发酵后配制的一类营养型饮料。用正交试验法对该饮料制备的主要工艺参数进行了筛选,确定了最滋味、且有一定保健作用的酸、甜、香适口的饮料。
We have prepared a new kind of dietetic beverage with acidophilus bacteria by using defat wheat germ, sugar, milk and the seed of Job's tears. Orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the processing parameters and the problem of protein deposit in acid beverage is solved. Thisbeverage, is prepared with special lactic acid bacterium fermentation. It is characterized in medicalcare functions, with sweat and delicious flavors of the lactic acid drink.
