摘要
研究了扣囊拟内孢霉和产朊假丝酵母混合固体发酵白酒糟的培养条件。研究结果表明,发酵白酒糟的适宜条件为采取同时接种方式.菌种混合比为1:1,培养温度为30℃,培养基起始pH为5,培养时间6d。发酵产物每克于基酵母细胞数达到24.28亿个,粗蛋白含量达33.54%,总糖含量为623%。
Cultural condition to ferment Distiller's grains is investigated, mixing Endomycopsisfibuligera and Candida utilis together in a solid state. It shows the suitable condition for the fermentation is simultaneous inoculation and the proportion of strains combination is 1: 1; initial pH,5; culture temperature, 30℃ for 6 days. The number of yeast cells of fermentative product reaches 2. 428 billion/g dry. The content of raw protein reaches 33. 54 %. Therefore, an increment of47. 36 % has been achieved compared to 22. 76 % content of that in the Distiller's grains. At thesame time, the total content of sugar reaches 6. 23 %, decreased by 41. 45 % compared to that inthe Distiller's grains (10. 64 % ).
