摘要
脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血后的严重并发症,可引起脑组织严重缺血或缺血性脑损伤,甚至导致脑梗死。越来越多的研究表明自由基在脑血管痉挛病理变化过程中发挥着重要作用。自由基清除剂对脑血管痉挛的防治效果尚不明确。本文就自由基在脑血管痉挛发生中的作用机制及自由基清除剂治疗脑血管痉挛的研究进展进行综述。
Cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage is a serious complication that can cause severe brain ischemia or ischemic brain damage and even lead to cerebral infarction.More and more studies show that the free radicals in the pathology of cerebral vasospasm play an important role in the process.The control efficiency of cerebral vasospasm with free radical scavengers is unclear.This article summarizes the mechanism of free radicals in the pathogenesis of cerebral vasospasm and advances in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm with free radical scavengers.
