摘要
目的研发一种血吸虫病快速诊断试剂。方法应用血吸虫病病人和健康人血清测试胶体金免疫层析法(GI-CA)试剂的敏感性、特异性、交叉反应、重现性和稳定性;并与DIGFA及IHA方法比较。结果血吸虫病胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)试剂敏感性和特异性分别为92.5%和95.8%,Youden指数为0883。检测结果与DIGFA及IHA比较三者无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未发现与乙肝病人血清有交叉反应。并具有很好的重现性和稳定性。结论胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)具有试剂敏感、特异和稳定;方法简便、快速和微量的特点,试剂为固态,携带方便,保存期长,适合于血吸虫病流行病学调查及现场应用。
In order to establish a rapid diagnosis method for schistosomiasis,the serum from patients and healthy people were applied for testing the stability,repeatability,sensibility,specificity,and cross-reaction response of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay（GICA）.And the results were compared with both of IHA and DIGFA.It＇s showed that the sensitivity and specificity of GICA was 92.5% and 95.8% respectively and the Youden index was 0.883.There was no significant difference among GICA,IHA and DIGFA（P0.05） and no cross-reaction with the serum of patients with hepatitis B virus（HBV） was found.All the tests showed good repeatability and reliability in GICA.Results suggested that GICA is a sensitive,specific and stable way to test human schistosomiasis because it is simple,rapid,and could save serum.The new method is applicable for epidemiology investigation and field application of schistosomiasis.
