摘要
目的:观察二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对血cAMP和cGMP的含量影响。方法:将64例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例),治疗组予以二丁酰环磷腺苷钙60mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静滴,1次/天,阿维A胶囊10 mg口服,3次/天,对照组单用阿维A胶囊。并对两组治疗前后血浆中cAMP和cGMP的含量进行测定。结果:治疗组总有效率83.4%,对照组总有效率54.3%,两组综合疗效及治疗后PASI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组cAMP、cGMP含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病效果满意,是一种可供临床选择的治疗方案。
Objective：To observe the effect of calcium dibutyacyladenosine cyclphosphate combined with acitretin capsules on psoriasis vulgaris and influences of the treatment on serum levels of cAMP and cGMP. Methods：All of the 64 patients were divided into treatment group（32 cases） and control group（32 cases）.Treatment group was treated by 60 mg calcium dibutyacyladenosine cyclphosphate with 250 ml 5% glucose by i.v.drip,once a day,plus 10 mg acitretin capsules p.o.,three times a day.Control group was treated by acitretin capsules only.Serum levels of cAMP and cGMP were detected before and after treatment.Results：The overall effective rate was 83.4% in treatment group,and 54.3% in control group.Statistical significances were found in the effective rate,PASI score,and serum levels of cAMP and cGMP between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment regime of calcium dibutyacyladenosine cyclphosphate combined with acitretin capsules treat psoriasis vulgaris resulted in a satisfactory response,which can be an option as a clinical therapy.
