纳米SiCp增强AZ91D复合材料的摩擦磨损性能 被引量:3

Friction and Wear Properties of Nano-sized SiC Particle Reinforced AZ91D Composites

摘要 采用超声波分散法制备了纳米SiCp增强AZ91D复合材料,研究了基体及复合材料在干滑动摩擦情况下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,与基体镁合金相比,复合材料的硬度、耐磨性都有显著提高。随着SiCp含量的增加,复合材料的耐磨性也逐渐增强。用激光扫描显微镜对试样的磨痕进行了分析,发现AZ91D的磨损机制以严重的粘着磨损即擦伤磨损为主,而复合材料的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,纳米SiCp的加入改变了材料的磨损机制。 Nano-sized SiC particles reinforced AZ91D composites were fabricated by ultrasonic method,and the friction and wear behavior of the as-cast composites under dry sliding condition were studied.The results indicate that compared with those of the AZ91D matrix,the composites exhibit higher hardness and wear resistance.Wear resistance of the composites is increased with the increase of volumetric fraction of SiC particles.The wear morphology of tested samples was examined with laser scanning microscope.It is found that main wear mechanim of the AZ91Dalloy is characterized by adhesive wear,while that of the composites is characterized by abrasive wear.It is supposed that the addition of nano-sized SiC particles results in the change of wear mechanism.
