伊立替康联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价伊立替康联合顺铂方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及不良反应。方法经病理学或细胞学确诊的晚期食管癌15例,患者采用伊立替康联合顺铂进行化疗,21d化疗1次为1个周期,2个周期后进行疗效评价,随访24个月。结果 15例患者共完成50个周期化疗,化疗后复查:部分缓解(PR)8例(53.3%),稳定(SD)5例(33.3%),进展(PD)2例(13.3%),有效率(RR)为53.3%,中位疾病进展时间5.2个月,中位生存期10.5个月。主要不良反应为延迟性腹泻和粒细胞减少。结论伊立替康联合顺铂方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效确切,毒性反应较轻,值得临床进一步研究。
