小麦远缘杂交中兼抗育种方法研究 被引量:17

摘要 远缘杂交是小麦兼抗育种的主要方法,利用新的远缘种质资源又是兼抗育种成败的关键,在亲本选配时必须注意野生抗源和丰产亲本在性状上的互补性。杂种分离世代尽量扩大群体,F2或F3第一次选择入选全部抗病单株,继代时尽量扩大抗病类型群体。第二次选择目标为抗病性兼综合丰产性,继代选择目标也为抗病性兼丰产性,直到入选类型遗传性稳定。抗病育种占选种圃的发病条件是兼抗育种的又一关键。 Distant crossing is the main method for breeding wheat cultivar with multi resistance to diseases and is the key to make use of new distant germplasm resources.The complementarity of characters between wild resistant resources and high yielding parents must be considered before selection of parents.It is important that the population of segregation hybrid progenies should be as large as possible.In the first circle of selection,all resistant single plants of F 2 or F 3 should be selected.The population of each resistant type should be extended as large as possible in succesive generation. The second circle of selection is aimed at combining disease-resistance with high yielding property simultaneously.The selection should be continued until the selected types are genetically stable.Disease condition in selective nursery is another key to multi resistant breeding.
