摘要
主要介绍华山松疱锈病的危害情况及目前的研究水平。分析现有的DNA分子标记应用特征及其在松属植物研究中的应用,提出采用DNA分子标记辅助筛选华山松疱锈病抗性基因,利用抗病基因来控制华山松疱锈病危害的思路。
It is reviewed that the extent of damage of armandii pine blister rust and the current research progress on the one hand, on the other hand, the applied characteristics of available DNA molecular markers as well as the application to the study on Pinus plants. The paper suggests controlling the harmfulness of armandii pine lister rust by means of anti-disease genes which are selected with the aid of DNA molecular markers.
