摘要
基于新城生态廊道建设过程中占用耕地的背景,在阐述生态廊道和新农村建设相关理念的基础上,结合湖州东部新区西山景区生态廊道构建实例,重点论述了生态廊道内可持续农业产业发展问题、农村保留战略以及农民生活和就业安排问题,构建了以生态廊道为依托的"三农"新形象,极大地保护了耕地,促进了城乡生态系统结构优化与空间统筹。
Based on the concept of ecological corridor and the circumstances of cultivated land was occupied with the process of ecological corridor development,and take the ecological corridor planning of Xishan Scenic District in Huzhou,s new east district as an example,to explore to the sustainable development of agriculture,the interests of farmers,especially discussing the strategy of sustainable agricultural industrial development,rural area preserving strategy,planning of life and employment of farmers.The new figure of ＂ three rural＂ relying on ecological corridor was constructed,and it also promoted the structural optimization and space co-ordination of urban and rural ecosystems.
